ALLOWED CONTENT:

✔ Portraits of real people (in my own artstyle of course)
✔ Anthro
✔ Armor and intricate clothing
✔ Suggestive themes
✔ Mild gore

RESTRICTED CONTENT:

❌ Underage characters in suggestive situations
❌ Non-consensual themes
❌ Bestiality
❌ Extreme NSFW fetish content
❌ Excessive gore / violence

PAYMENTS

A 50% upfront payment is required to begin your commission.
The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.
Final files without a "SAMPLE" watermark will only be delivered after full payment.
Prices may vary depending on complexity, rush orders, and/or additional requests.
I may offer adjusted pricing in select cases based on budget and scope, at my discretion. Feel free to discuss your budget with me.

REVISIONS

Sketch stage: Up to 2 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage (composition changes).
Lineart stage: Minor adjustments only.
Coloring stage: Minor adjustments only.
Rendering stage: Minor adjustments only.
Note: Progressing to the next stage acts as final approval for the previous one; revisions to earlier stages will not be revisited once moved past.
Any errors made by myself during the process will be corrected at any stage of the process.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I will take a maximum of 2 months to complete your commission.
Delivery times may vary depending on complexity and workload.
Rush orders are not guaranteed to be finished quickly unless discussed prior to the commission.

TERMS OF USE

All commissions are classified under one of the following usage types:Personal Usage:
Use of the artwork strictly for private, non-commercial purposes.
> Examples include: Content purely used for personal enjoyment, wallpapers, and private sharing.
> Any use not explicitly defined under Personal Usage will be treated as Monetized Content or Commercial Merchandising.Monetized Content:
Use of the artwork in revenue-generating or promotional content.
> Examples include but are not limited to: YouTube, Twitch, social media branding such as profile pictures, banners, overlays.
> Use of the artwork in freeware, public downloads, or distributed digital media is considered Monetized Content unless otherwise agreed upon.Commercial Merchandising:
Use of the artwork on physical or digital products for sale.
> Examples include but are not limited to: Merchandise, prints, keychains, apparel.
> This tier includes Monetized Content usage by default.All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon prior to final payment.

YOU MAY NOT

1. Remove, obscure, or alter my watermark in any way
2. Claim the artwork as your own
3. Edit, trace, or heavily modify the artwork without permission
4. The artwork may not be used as a base, template, or resource for other works without permission.
5. Use the artwork in NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or AI training datasets. The artwork may not be included in datasets, archives, or collections intended for automation, scraping, or machine learning.
6. Use the artwork in any offensive, illegal, or harmful context
7. Use the artwork for commercial purposes beyond the agreed usage tier
8. Redistribute, resell, or upload the artwork as a standalone asset (including asset packs, downloads, or galleries)
9. The artwork may not be shared, transferred, or licensed to third parties without permission.I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork I create.
Purchasing a commission does NOT grant you ownership of the artwork or rights to reproduce or sell it.I reserve all rights to my work, including but not limited to the rights to:
1. Post the commissioned work on my portfolio and social media
2. Use and publish the artwork for self-promotion and usage in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
3. I reserve the right to revoke usage rights if these terms are violated.Any usage not explicitly permitted in these terms is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the commission.

REFUNDS

You may only request a refund if I have not started your commission.
Once the artwork is completed, no refunds will be given.
If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

COMMUNICATION

Please communicate clearly and provide all necessary details before I begin your commission.
The client is responsible for providing clear references and detailed instructions prior to the start of the commission. I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from vague, unclear, or incomplete direction.
I will interpret the commission based on the information provided.
Any major changes requested due to unclear or missing instructions will be treated as revisions and may incur additional fees.I will provide updates at each stage of the process.
Each step of my work (sketch, lineart, colouring, rendering) will be discussed with you prior to finalising it.
Responses from clients are expected within a reasonable timeframe,
Delays in communication may result in delays in delivery.
Failure to respond within a two week timeframe will result in a cancellation of your commission without refund.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if communication becomes uncooperative or disrespectful.
Any form of rude, inappropriate, or pressuring behavior will result in cancellation of the commission.Any matters that have not been addressed in this form or any ambiguities that may have arisen from the contents of this agreement.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your commission and/or revocation of usage rights.
